How do I place an order?
Placing an order on the website is very easy. You can add your order to your shopping cart via the shop. Once your shopping cart is complete, go to the delivery and payment module via the 'Shopping cart' page.
At the moment it is only possible to pay by bank transfer. the ordered
products are reserved for five working days. Is the transfer not yet
inside? Then the products are put up for sale again.
What do you use my personal information for?
These are only used when processing your order. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.
Is everything in the webshop in stock?
In exceptional cases, it is possible that a product is sold out when you have placed your order. In that case you will receive an email within 48 hours informing you of this.
I want to order a custom hat or bra or clothing?
Send an email with your details and within 48 hours you will receive an email to make an appointment in my shop annex studio in Oosterzele.
Within what time frame will it be delivered?
We ship within two business days. The delivery time depends on where you are. For Belgium this is usually +1 working day after shipment, for the Netherlands + 3 working days after shipment.
Which countries are orders shipped to?
Currently to Belgium and the Netherlands. Do you want to order from another country? Then send an email!
I want to order a large number of a product.
It is best to send an email for this!
How can I pay on the website?
This can be done by bank transfer or online payment.
Can I receive an invoice?
That's certainly possible. You can email your billing information. Your invoice will be sent with the order.
How are my purchases delivered?
Your purchases will be sent via Track&Trace (bPost). You can choose where your order will be sent: at home, at the office, ... When shipped, we will send you a tracking code. If you enter this on the bPost website, you can track your order online.
How much are the shipping costs?
Belgium: For orders from 60 euros the shipping costs are free. For orders less than 60 euros, you pay 5.90 euros.
The Netherlands: For orders from 85 euros the shipping costs are free. For orders less than 85 euros, you pay 10 euros.
Other European Countries : fixed price 20€
Outside Europe : shipping costs will be confirmed depending on the country.

Do I have to be at home/office for my order?
No, that is not mandatory. For 'flat' orders (less than 3 cm high) the package fits in the letterbox. For 'larger' orders, the package will be delivered by registered mail, so you can pick it up at the post office if you are not there.
When you make a purchase, you enjoy 14 calendar days (counting from the day of receipt) of the right to return your purchase.
A product that you wish to return must meet the following conditions:
It must be returned in new condition
It must be returned in its original packaging
The good or clothing must not be worn or washed
The good must be returned in full, nothing should be missing
The good must be returned in a sturdy box so that the product is not damaged in transport.
How does it work?
Send an e-mail within 14 calendar days with the notification of return.
Any return whose sender cannot be identified will be refused. So always send your order form with you.
If your return shipment reaches us within 14 calendar days, according to the aforementioned conditions, we will arrange the refund within 30 calendar days.
The shipping costs will only be refunded if you order another product
received what you ordered.

I received a wrong product, what now?
We do our best to treat every order with the utmost care, but sometimes things can go wrong. When you receive something wrong, you send an email with the message of the wrong product. Then we will help you.
When we have received the package, you will receive the correct product within 14 calendar days. If we no longer have this in stock, the amount of the product, including the shipping costs, will be refunded.
